Some organisations want their team to answer WhatsApp chats in a dashboard that carries their own brand, not Paige’s. A workspace can do that: it runs on the organisation’s own web address, with the organisation’s name and logo, and the people who use it day to day never need to know Paige is underneath.
This page explains what changes on a branded address, who can sign in there, and how to get one.
What your brand controls
On a branded address, the dashboard shows:
- Your name in place of “Paige”, in the browser tab, on the sign-in page and in the header.
- Your logo.
- Your colours on the buttons, highlights and other accents.
- Your app icon, so when someone installs the dashboard on their phone, it sits on their home screen as your app.
- An optional Powered by Paige line. It’s your choice whether to show it.
What’s available on a branded address
A branded address is set up for running your WhatsApp channel, not for building a bot. The bot itself is built and looked after somewhere else, usually by Green Pages or by whoever runs your workspace on paigeme.dev.
Once you’re signed in, you see your organisation’s projects and three tabs:
The building tools are not there: no Code or Flows tab, no preview phone, no AI chat panel, no Tools tab, no Deploy button, no version history and no billing. Resetting or deleting the project, and disconnecting its WhatsApp number, aren’t available either. The number is connected by your administrator.
If a link takes you somewhere that isn’t available on a branded address, you land on Conversations instead.
Wondering why you only see Conversations, Broadcasts and a few Settings? That’s what a branded address looks like. Nothing is broken, and your access hasn’t been cut. To change the bot itself, ask whoever builds it for your organisation.
Signing in
A branded address is invite-only. Only two kinds of people can sign in there:
- Members of the organisation’s workspace.
- People who have been invited to the workspace and whose invitation hasn’t expired.
You can sign in with your email and password or with Continue with Google. There’s no Sign up link: new people join from the invitation link in their email.
If you see “This email doesn’t have access — ask your administrator for an invite.”, ask whoever runs your organisation’s workspace to invite that exact email address, or to re-send an invitation that has expired.
Forgot password? works on a branded address the same way it does on paigeme.dev. See Forgot your password?.
If you’re removed from the workspace, you’re signed out of the branded address the next time your session renews.
Invitations and emails
When someone is invited to a workspace that has its own address:
- The invitation, and the sign-up code that follows it, come from your brand’s name rather than from “Paige”.
- The link in the invitation opens your branded address.
Sign up from the link, on the branded address. Don’t go to paigeme.dev to create the account. The branded address is where your invitation is waiting.
Inviting people works as it does in any workspace. See Invite team members. Invitations count towards your workspace’s seat limit.
Getting your own address
There’s nothing to switch on inside Paige. Green Pages sets up a branded address for you: the web address, your name, logo, colours and app icon, and whether to show Powered by Paige.
To ask for one, or to change something about yours, write to info@greenpages.app.
